Refund & Cancellation Policy

We commit to printing, transporting and physically placing your documented prayer request at the sacred site or sites of your choice within thirty (30) calendar days from the moment your order confirmation and payment are processed.

Confirmation of delivery, including photographic proof of your prayer at the selected site, is sent to your registered email address upon completion.

Because our Services involve customized preparation, printing and physical logistics, refund eligibility depends on the stage of fulfillment:

• Prior to printing and logistics: if you change your mind before your prayer has been printed or assigned to our field team for delivery, you are entitled to a full (100%) refund.
• After printing or once the delivery process begins: once your prayer has been printed, or our team has initiated the journey to place it at the holy site, we cannot issue a refund, because the manual work and customized logistical operations have already been carried out.
• Failure to deliver within 30 days: if we fail to place your prayer at the chosen sacred site and provide your confirmation photo within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase — excluding delays caused by military closures, extreme weather, acts of God or other force majeure — you are entitled to a full refund or, at your election, to reschedule your delivery at no extra cost.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Our service is a personalized, custom-performed service. When you place an order you are asked to request that we begin performance immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Until performance begins — that is, until your prayer is printed or assigned to our field team — you may withdraw and receive a full refund. If performance has begun but is not complete, you may withdraw and pay only a proportionate amount for what has already been supplied.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to prayersinisrael.org/contact within 14 days of purchase.

This policy is disclosed clearly before purchase, consistent with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance on refund and cancellation disclosures. Some U.S. states grant additional cancellation rights; nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable state or federal law.

Duplicate charges and charges you did not authorize are refunded in full upon verification. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will work in good faith to resolve any issue directly, which is faster than the card-network dispute process.

If you have enrolled in a monthly or recurring prayer journey subscription:

• You may cancel at any time by emailing prayersinisrael.org/contact or through your account interface.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent period.
• No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days of an already active billing month; however, any prayers committed for that pre-paid month will still be delivered within our standard 30-day timeline.
• Consistent with U.S. automatic-renewal laws and EU distance-selling rules, we disclose renewal terms before purchase, obtain your affirmative consent, send an order confirmation and provide a simple cancellation mechanism.

To initiate a refund request, email prayersinisrael.org/contact with the following details:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Your unique Order ID or transaction number
• The date of purchase and the specific sacred site selected

Our team reviews every request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, etc.). Processing times for banks to post the credit to your account may vary.

Nothing in this policy is designed to reduce, override or limit any mandatory consumer protection right guaranteed under the laws of the State of Israel, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your local domestic jurisdiction, that cannot legally be waived.
